To begin, the 90 minute Restore offers the best value as it gives us a chance to discuss your health history, goals and preferences, and leaves time for an unhurried therapeutic work. A shorter starting session can be arranged, if needed.

Rates
My rates are a reflection of over a decade of experience, my skill level in the field of massage, bodywork, movement, and trauma healing, and what I need to receive in order to make the continuation of this work sustainable.
Starting January 2025, I will be implementing a Tiered Rate Structure that takes into account income and wealth. Please click here for more information and see where you fit. My goal is to run a more equitable practice that makes bodywork accessible to more people.
Until then, my rates are $170 for 60 minute sessions, and $210 for 90 minute sessions.
Tipping
I view the work I do as integral to one’s health and healing process, and therefore run a ‘tip-free’ practice. An industry standard 18% tip is built into my rates.
Cancellation/No-Show
If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within 48hrs of your appointment so that I can try to accommodate other clients wanting that time slot.
As is the industry standard, I charge the full rate for missed appointments and late-cancellations/reschedules. This includes moving your session to a new time on the same day.
As of October 2024, I am strongly encouraging clients to wear a surgical or KN95 mask before, during and after table work, especially if you have recently had close or prolonged contact with someone who might be sick.
I do not expect you to wear a mask when lying face down or during facial/jaw work. I will follow the same practice, and am happy to mask upon request. An air purifier will be running at all times.
These measures are in place to provide a layer of protection for us both and for other clients who see me, some of whom are immunocompromised. This protocol is subject to change.
